My Bio

Hi there!
My name is Leah and have been out of college for a full year now. I have awesome parents who love and support me, and a very musically talented brother of whom I’m the biggest fan.

 

I am a very missions-minded lover of Jesus and His world. Every day I strive to put Him on display in my life. I was called into ministry at age 15 and have been actively
pursuing the Lord in this field ever since. My heart is drawn to
Africa, though I have been to several other places on ministry trips.  My heart is stirred by the broken and poor and I’m so excited for a
challenging and fulfilling life.

 

I love spending time with people. Relationships are the key to life. It
doesn’t matter what we’re doing, but as long as we are together it puts
a smile on my face. I like watching movies, going to plays, traveling,
having coffee with friends, reading, and being outdoors. I can be
fairly quiet at first, but once I get to know a person I really begin
to open up and share my heart with them. I’m looking forward to this trip so much because I’ll be able to build deep relationships with the nationals as well as those on my team.

 

I love to listen, I’m very
easy-going, and definitely passionate.
Jesus is my joy and every day I wake up and can’t believe that I get to
live this life.
